Mayriedl injured, shorthanded Lionheart Jaguars falls short to Bobblehead 102-108

The bad day comes a little bit early, when Jaguars realize they are no longer leading the league.

Thomas Mayriedl fell down hard on the second quarter and miss the rest of game, and Jaguar had to play without any bigman on the game. Bobblehead didn't waste any chance and whacked their way through the third quarter, leading 84-61 into fourth.

As the game seems to be one-sided, Francisze Sklorz started the improbable marathon, scoring 15 of Jaguar 24 points to cut the deficit into six points, but failed to get closer as they run out of gas. Nicola Verdiani iced the victory with free throws of the Fouls to Give.

Sklorz led Jaguars with his best performance of the season, scoring 43 pts and 7 assists. Florent Breant has 21pts, and Alberto Vaz scored 18pts 14rebs and 5steals. U21 player, Fan Pingwai has 14pts and 7rebs. Nicola Verdiani led Booblehead with 44pts.

With the loss, the hump looms larger for Jaguar team for their quest to SBBL.

Halim Mohd bin Noor, Lionheart Jaguar steal a win over Singsing 97-86

Garland style hardly resemble bigben style, but quest to SBBL is more important this season.

It seems like Halim is the Jaguar best acquitance. With Jaguar 15 points lead being cut to 5, he quickly responded with a 3 pointer and make it 88-80, then made some key defensive rebounds down the stretch. Singsing finally run out of time in the last minutes with 11 points deficit. Alberto Vaz and Florent Breant iced the game with some freethrows.

Florent Breant led Jaguars with 24 points, Alberto Vaz has 21pts 8rebs and 4asts. Thomas Mayrield has solid numbers with 18pts and 17rebs, thanks to Halim bin Noor presence and boxed out very well. Halim, who acquired early this week, scored 7 points and 13 rebounds.

Srba Markovic led SingSing with 28 points.

Singsing82 vs Bobblehead

Singsing undoubtly the best team in II.1, even they didn't lead the league in Win Lose records. Singsing82 shed off the once mighty HoopMagical, with ease, blowing at 40 points for 127-87 first round victory. Singsing team still anchored by their longtime linebacker, Brice Lemesle. Even though age has come to him, he is showing more maturity and great decision maker down the strecth to influence his teammate. Dolf Jüttner is recruited by SIngsing to be the marksman and playmaker. Averaging 17ppg 6apg and 6rpg, he is going to be the unique on this series, because of his all around skill. Surrounded by other role players like Srba Marković & Moisés Carrizosa , SIngsing definitely is hard to beat, because they are built to play in SBBL.

Meanwhile Bobblehead, still employing the same tactic, which typical run and gun plays with an exceptional pressing defense. With limited rosters, they are always a darkhorse on this league, due to their high spirit plays. Bobblehead just beaten out home team ChaiCHee on latest playoff result 139-138. Nicola Verdiani topped 61 on that game.

Will Bobblehead able to contain Singsing82? Will Nicola kept scoring at his will? We never know. Bobblehead did steal one game from Singsing.
