What more could an owner need? They have the Game Manual and the Forums, where you can find training guides for many different kinds of players. For anything more in depth, you'd probably have to contact another player via private messages. If you think that there is not enough information, then use the Principle of Subsidiarity. A problem should be solved at the most immediate level possible. A group of users posting tutorials is a pretty immediate level.

In portuguese forum, we have an index of topics with it and others subjects.
I guess (dont know if its true) that the best NT's got their sucess to have the tutorials on the national forum, but most important, the follow-up from the staff and the community helps the rest of the owners to keep it up and train really good players.
I prefer a mentor system, because that what made me enjoy this game, get help and then helping new users, share the power.

Gotta agree with lowering the effectiveness of OD and/or increasing effectiveness of JS. In real life (I know, I know, this isn't real life) it is known that good offense beats good defense. It doesn't matter how good OD you play on Durant, or Curry, or any of the great shooters, they will get theirs. They will not be completely shut down to the point they are a huge liability. Forgetting about real life, all of the missed shots and clangs also makes "watching" the games and looking at the box scores less entertaining.
