Just picked up an advanced trainer with a salary less than most basic staff, won't have to change him for five seasons at least!

I always train with lvl 5 and 6 , few pops could be matter in long term .
I agree with this, but 4 is probably the best from a purely financial viewpoint.

None of my players ever did this , i've seen this few times in other stats.
