It might be only me, but I have a very hard time understanding what you are trying to say here:

what im thinking is surely this would benefit more of higher divisions! but to even say the stakes are high even when you base it on performance. i really dont get the idea that a level 10 guy who is an expert in that field would get such results.

Could you please try to clarify this?

I think that the influence of a PR guy should be unstable and the attendeance should depend on lot more things, somehow like it is now

good or a bad PR guy - they should be worth both (one or other) in some situation

so with this to my understanding

there is a factor of a good and bad hire?

meaning someone was manage to get even chosen by our bloody staff hiring list wherein only one is recommended every week. how poor is our staff choosing.

i think something is really wrong with this staff hiring thing, i hope it changes next season.

because even bad apples get to be listed wherein in fact he cant do anyt any work at all.

what i meant here is

hiring great ( level 9 or 10 ) PR guys would surely benefit those teams that has high competition or level of game play which im sure division 1 and 2.1 are.

but even with this that having the highest level of games, the top of all division, the PR level 10 guy is still having hard time. base on my performance when i havent hire a level 10 guy, my merchandise sales is consistent at 35k a week even with a few losses but when i hire him the highest i saw is 40k but as the weeks goes by it never surpass that and the worst part it would even drop.

even at the highest competition, surely like the nba you dont need to ask around that much about it, but you know since its marketing, publicity etc already covers a lot.

add this to your teams performance meaning im not a losing team, i have winning history, im on top if i fall to 2nd place does that hurt my attendance so much even with a few losses that the PR guy cant seem to get his work going?

how much support does he needs just to see results.

i just stated the merchanside sales is one thing but my attendance seems to really take a beating im shock to see like 7k or 8k attendance lost

new staff system will be here soon

..while I'm looking forward if will not be against even some random I see here now, because I think is normal that you cannot hire anyone for a while and then you have a luck for a right person finally..

we will see

i think the changes will be about how we are to choose or hire our staff

but how our staff work is another. . . .

I don't see logic between how staff work (affect) and how will be hired in the future

eh

well dont ask me ask the bb they said there will be changes

the way i understand it, its just about the hiring or how we hire our staff

but how they works is not even said about anything.

now how it correlates i dont know, i started it just hoping the change will also affect how they work too.

as you can see i cant seem to see the results for a level 10 PR guy

well indeed, but I'm slightly dissapointed to see that the staff is worth in some situation, sometimes you will need this or that one and you will be always capable to hire the one you need

this is pretty unreal and as I know if you wanna do that you can spend more money or patiently look on a staff market (will be implemented), you can get always what you want anytime, that is not good for a game if have an ambition to be a close to the reality

I actually think that sounds like it is working as it should then. Getting the most expensive PR guy should, according to me, only worth the money for the real top teams (i.e. the best first league winners, not all), otherwise it becomes to easy to choose the optimal strategy (furthermore I think this is also in line with how it works in real life, even thogh salary and quality sometimes have no correlation at all in RL).

Anyway a new staff system is on its way, so it will be interesting to see how that turns out.
