I feel like that's too specific, because if I put that as a record I'd have to put other random records like most championships in a 10 season span and most championships in division 3 or something. Sorry.

There have been teams with more than 40-50k seats in the past. Makes no sense to waste more money, than necessary (for ~20k seats)
