The same alleged explanation was always available. It does not explain the decline, decline, decline. People like to claim BB is not losing customers -- excuse me, "users" -- by citing the overall number of teams at slightly below 20,000. However, that is a totally misleading number, including numerous second teams, third teams, fourth teams and inactive teams not yet botified. Twenty thousand actual customers -- excuse me, there it goes again -- twenty thousand actual "users" would never drop to 113 on line if the entire planet were asleep and under a total eclipse.

No reason to think there is a different percentages of future botified teams and cheating teams than before.
Also, nobody is dismissing the fact that we lost a lot of users, then recently had some stability and in the last two weeks lost again users.

Yeah, I see no difference in what you said and what I said. Nice to be in agreement, isn’t it!

It must be in the translation, then, because as far as content there is no disagreement between the two posts..

And I thought I exaggerated.

Guess what? That wasn't an exaggeration. One hundred and thirteen "users" were reported on line when I wrote that post. 113.

Think about that -- 113. That's what was reported by BuzzerBeater. That's not a number I made up.

So I don't for a moment believe there are 20,000 active teams or anywhere near that.

Edited to say that at this moment Buzzerbeater reports 159 and falling. How low will the number fall tonight?

It's just strange to me that any time someone quotes a number someone else comes on and rags about it. Why spin it at all? 113 was an actual number, neither positive nor negative just a number. Right now the number is holding at 151.
