Passing
PG:
Trains PS @ ?
Trains HN @ ?
Trains DV @ ?

I had passing pops in consecutive weeks on 2 of my 3 trainees (aged 18 and 19, the other one (19) popped once), level 10 trainer, training PG only. So I think that would nail down 1-2 weeks for PS.

Rebounding
C/PF:

Trains RB @ 2-3 weeks
Trains ID @ 4-5 weeks
Trains IS @ 4-5 weeks

After 8 weeks, of rebounding training, I have a trifle more information than I had here (381.266), but not much. My training since the 23rd of November has looked like this:

11/30 Rebounding C/PF (9)
12/7 Rebounding C/PF (9)
12/14 Team Stamina (9)
12/20 Rebounding C/PF (9)
12/27 Rebounding C/PF (8)
1/3 Rebounding C/PF (8)
1/10 Rebounding C/PF (8)
1/17 Rebounding C/PF (8)
1/24 Rebounding C/PF (8)

My trainees, all of whom get better than 48min/wk and who have (thankfully) been injury-free:

19yo: (~1.75wks/lvl)
11/30 respectable RB
(12/14 stamina)
12/27 strong RB
1/3 proficient RB
1/17 prominent RB
1/24 prolific RB

20yo: (~1.75 wks/lvl)
11/30 average RB
(12/14 stamina)
12/20 respectable RB
1/3 strong RB, respectable IS
1/10 proficient RB
1/24 prominent RB

23yo: (~2.3 wks/lvl)
11/30 average RB
(12/14 stamina)
12/27 respectable RB
1/10 strong RB
1/24 proficient RB

24yo: (~2.5 wks/lvl)
12/7 average RB
(12/14 stamina)
1/3 respectable RB
1/17 strong RB

So the primary of RB has a slight variance with age, ranging from <2 wks/lvl for a 19-20yo, up to about 2.5wks/lvl for a 24yo. The secondaries, however, are quite disheartening, and all the hope of the first post here is shot to hell by my results.

In 8 weeks, only one player has popped in IS, and none of my guys have seen an increase in ID. So the chart should look more like this:

Rebounding
C/PF:
Trains RB @ 1-3 weeks
Trains IS @ ???
Trains ID @ ???

I'd have to guess it's even longer than 7-8 weeks, as I trained for 8 weeks and had almost no results. I'd guess at least 9-10, if not longer.

I'd further speculate that the secondary training is designed to work better when training is rotated between skills, rather than sticking with one kind of training for an extended period.

Yeah I have to agree with this statement.

I trained shotblocking for about 4 weeks in a row (C/PF), got 3 pops there on 1 18yo center and two on the other 18yo center, and 1 on rebounding in the 1st week (that's because I trained rebounding before that, so high subskill) and no pops in inside defense.

But after that I trained 1 week rebounding, got a pop there on both 18yo centers, then I trained 1 week inside defense and got 1 pop on my 18 yo center.

So I think secondary training is about 15-20% of the normal amount of training. So I would say secondary training takes about 5 times as long as primary. But this is just a guess, maybe more numbers will make this clear in the next season.
