Hello, i want to know if there is a record for the biggest arena expansion?

"The arena is currently undergoing expansion, to add:

Bleachers: 16500
Lower Tier: 2500
Courtside Seats: 0
Luxury Boxes: 0
The expansion will be complete in approximately 87 days. "

total 19000 seats, more than 5M spent

There have been teams with more than 40-50k seats in the past. Makes no sense to waste more money, than necessary (for ~20k seats)
