Actually i ment the changes like that with take it easy theres now an higher chance of winning. When will that come?

I'm pretty certain all the changes have taken place. The ones I posted above are easily confirmed, but things such as the changes to enthusiasm and training speeds will take some time for the community to gather sufficient data.
