How does it work out what the partial amount is?

For example i know people always say 24ins is not 50% of full training, so how is it worked out? is 47in out of 48mins like 95% training or less?

I'm guessing that it's something really harsh like a -ve logarithmic graph or something.

In perspective, you probably only get 50% training at like 42mins. That's just my opinion though, it may not me that harsh.

My guess for 50% is 36 min, and I base it on feeling from experience.:)

Intereting, that would lead us to belive that is inverse square.

1/4 of full is 12 mins (36mins)= 50% training

so 1/2 = 24 mins = 12% training.
