10/week is just a reference，used only for compared with the other age player.

as i said：no considering other influence on training speed except age.

i just want to know a relative ratio on training speed at different age.

a rough estimation is ok.

just like i ask how is the diffierence between a 7lvl trainer and a 6 lvl trainer.

from the increasing % on the salary,the 7lvl trainer's salary increasing speed is 2.5%，and the 6lvl trainer is 2.25%.
I guess ,if the 7lvl speed is 10 and the 6lvl is 9, although i know bb-forrest put logarithm to use in many environments.

I don't think anyone really knows the exact figures of how age affects training. Everything is just an estimate formed by options influenced by experiences.

I for one am finding my 18 and 19 year old trainees are getting more pops than my 21 year old both with 48+ mins a week and all 3 around the same level.

But I don't think you can put a number on it :P Only the person/people who wrote the game could tell you an exact number.
