The flag finder works like this;

2 flags are displayed + 1 extra supporter feature flag.

#1 A flag from your own country from a manager who just logged in
#2 A random flag from all over the world from a manager who just logged in
#3 Supporter feature; a missing flag from a manager who just logged in.
