You are right there were no fouls in most of the all star games. Players do not tend to foul or to play hard on defense in all star games like in real life. But zero foul doesn' not look that realistic.

Maybe the games arn't refereed at all, all BB refs go on a holiday for a few days to rest their minds for the season to come.

Maybe some they are like NBA refs, and they have some wagers on the game.
Actually, I believe I read in the forums a while back from the BB guys that they turn the fouls down on the ASGs. But no fouls is pretty low. Only 5 total fouls were called in my ASG.
