i think its not only based on if you win but also the quality of opposition you beat. Strength of schedule. Probably similar to the NT rankings.

Results from the Cup has a big impact on your ranking. The ranking actually takes the last 2 seasons's official results into account.

I know cup results have impact but my rankings is dropping day after league wins, which is why I ask that question. Last week I beat second placed team by 20 pts and still dropped some 60 places day after, then 80 pts win over bot and went down 70 places.
