I've encountered several times when having my 7footers facing an 6'0" centers with similar salary, has the same stats as my Center. Was wondering if this on real life, how could a 6 footer can look to score when posting up a 7 footer, 6'0" can blocks 7'0" more than one time, for me this should be impossible...

Maybe then your 7foot guy should stop basketball or the 6foot star should sign a contract in NBA.

Any senior guys would advise on this...

dumb question, why a club pay a 6 footer the same salary then a 7 footer, if they didn't perform the same - the GM's aren't insane.

If you implement hight into the direkt game like a skill, you ahd to cut it out of training and give the lsot training for the wrong size back which makes player hard to compare - if rebounding 11 and 1.80 better then rebounding 7 and 2.18? Which will me cost more salary next season?
