The game on Saturday + The game on Tuesday + The Scrimmage/Cup minutes count for the Friday training. As soon as the training is done on friday all minutes go back to 0. Then you have the game on saturday again to start getting minutes again.
You could change the training you want to do every day from Saturday up til Friday and it won't matter what you pick during the week, the only one that matters is the one that is selected when the training gets done on the Friday.
