definitely expand you arena. Arena is the main generator of income in this game.

After deducting $40000 scout fee each week, my weekly net income is still 20K above league average, therefore I would recommend to expand your arena first, you may refer my arena size for your target.

You could be earning so much more money if you just changed your prices.

i tried to set higher ticket prices before but the sit-in fans dropped significantly, then i adjusted the prices again and it works well now.

Maybe i will set higher price once season ticket holder fixed in new season, i do afraid the higher prices will affect number of season ticket holder in new season.

you just sell 50% of the VIP seats, there is lot money wasted.

if you win a game, you would have alot intrested people for the two cheapest categories, who haven't the chanche to buy ticket - also there is money wasted.

And 38free Courtside seats could also be reduced.

So there is still lot to improve.

I didn't mean increase your ticket prices. You should lower your ticket prices and this will get you more money because you will sell more seats. You have roughly 1000 unsold bleachers, 10 luxury boxes. and 40 courtside seats.
Lower prices = more seats taken (generally).

for bleacher(and the other cheap category) it is always important to take the attendance of a game, where you won the last one because after a win you get much more visitors. i don't think that he is to expensive there.

I didn't look in to his league records, but if he is winning a lot then his prices might be fine as he might sell out all 8000, but based on his attendance records he doesn't seem to have been getting anywhere near the 8000 mark. Simply dropping his price to 10 dollars will make him some profit.

7000 seats sold (what he seems to be selling) x 11 dollars a ticket = 77000
vs
8000 seats sold (which he would sell if he lowered his prices) x 10 dollars a ticket = 80000
Not much of a difference, but if he built more bleachers he would see a much larger difference.
Even in this case he is gaining a few thousand extra per week from lowering his prices, and once his winning streak his up he can always increase his prices back up.

but this calculation becomes odd if he sells 7.8k with 11 prices when he wins, this compensate a lot of 30k differences. And with my experience 15-20% difference betwen win and loss are normal in attendace and his last match was after a loss, don't knwo why the alvin games attract so few visitors(probadly a pretty new team).

Yeah I agree, if he is winning games, keep the price the same for the bleachers. If he is not doing well in the league, and he isn't winning many games, then he should drop his prices to 10. He should also significantly drop his prices for Luxury Boxes.
