It doesn't happen often. Your player gets ejected when they commit 2 flagrant (technical) fouls in the game.

The only ejections I've had were 6 foul players. Other than that I've never seen one.

I've seen an ejection for my player. it was after 2nd flagrant foul, just like Monkeybiz said.
