One suggestion I received from my buddy Knicktard (23122) is that one way to increase retention would be to expand on the Mentor thread and have mentors automatically assigned to a new player from higher leagues. Obviously not everyone would want to be a mentor so a system would have to be set up to fit everyones needs but having mentors automatically assigned instead of saying "Here's the Manual, Here's the FAQ" would increase interaction between players and hopefully keep more managers around. Its a similar idea to how companies assign mentors for new hires or fraternities assign big brothers.

true but 1/3 of the teams that join who play is obviously better than no one joining. I would love to help expand the amount of u.s. bb players. What can i do besides telling friends and posting in forums? Is there any other way to attract players?

I need to get photoshop onto my new computer. I've been meaning to do this. I want to change the u21 banner too...but only crappy graphical programs on this computer. Give me $50 and I'll get on it though.
