Continue helping people as much as you can. Just add something like "just my opinion" if you are not sure or if you are, in fact, just stating one manager's view, so that newbies don't take it as absolute

"BuzzerBeater, the best simulation game of real market economy" (with a cool live basket viewer).

You're being very judgemental without hearing both sides of the story.

Of course you would agree with Jezza because you have little more than a season's experience yet you feel able to venture your opinion in the help forum.

However not everyone picks up the game as quickly as you. And even though you have picked up a lot about the game I have still seen your advice being disagreed with many times.

In many cases a newbie advising another newbie is like the blind leading the blind and may do more harm than good.

It would probably be better if advising others, that as another has said - it is your opinion only, and they should also make use of the help forum to gain the benefit of more experienced opinions also.

to avoid getting burned when helping someone on the forums, i either make sure

A) I am 98-100% correct on my answer because its in the manual, frequently talked about on forums, or ive personally experienced it.

B) If im somewhat sure, but not fully, i would add the quote "Im not 100% about this, please correct me if im wrong" at the bottom of the quote.

There is a problem that, newbies should always help, because they arent experienced, however they shouldnt be discouraged to post and help others if they wish.

2,5 seasons... Can I help? I encourage you to look at my team and the results since I took over the club in season 10. And even after 1 season I was able to help new players. So experience is not the issue. I'm a quick learner so maybe is this guy too.
