Okay, but how big an impact does it have on decision making? I ask because if a player with good experience always made the right decision then that would be a huge asset to have...maybe more important than the attributes even. Does experience really have that much of an impact in-game?

More along the lines of not taking a shot too quickly when you are up late in the game or utilizing 2for1 opportunities.

What you explained in your first post is exactly what experience is good for. Making good decisions at the back end of the game.

I will try to find a post from a BB that explained how experience affected a players decision making more at the end of a game and how an experienced player will take a better shot option than a less experienced player.
