What about in between the progress of fixing it until offseason:-
Such a move would require downtime while the servers are taken down, moved from one place to another, and then set up again, so we will do our best to schedule the move quickly enough that it can be done this offseason.

It's already fixed. If you read the post again it says that it was just a faulty cable but the company handled the whole situation poorly which it sounds like is the reason for the move.

There will of course be some down time when things are eventually moved but it should be during the offseason when nothing is happening anyway so you shouldn't be effected.

Oh hope everything goes smoothly. I just wanted to be prepared to set everything properly before the inconvenience occur, if there should be any inconvenience.

Downtime would most likely be between October 4th-6th, but I'm not guaranteeing that either.

There won't be THAT much down time. You're not looking at a period of days or weeks here and it'll be done during the off season when no game time is happening anyway so just think of it as an extended off season process.
