Does it mean that a 47 minute and 1 minute player will get the same training?

no but i do not think it is a linear decline in amount of training

form "practice this week" also will drop if under 48 minutes

well, i think the form will drop if a player doesn't get at least 24 minutes (or gets more than 96 min).

1) Is there anyway to follow the minutes each player played?

2) Does the friendly match count toward those minutes or just the league games?

I got my team after last weeks games but before the training update. I set training to stamina (got pops on 15 out of 18) but my form went into the tank across the board. I'm assuming that this is because they had no minutes played last week in combination with the stamina training? How hard is it to recover form? My crew is all inept or worse right now :-(

Not very hard at all.

It's much more variable than HT, and not as hard to maintain good practice with an even distribution of minutes.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

find your starters within your team and play them for two games as starters with Coach Decide and they should easily get 48 minutes and their form should increase.
