My understanding is that it is available for everyone but only for future games

lol my understanding is that it was a supporter function during the testing.

but now that servers seem to be able to manage it, they've released it to every one :)

I don't see that indicated in the News if so..because when I press Play-by-Play (as usual) it pops to the News page.


I've corrected the News.
