Hello!

My nickname is ShikaDance. This season, I would like to offer you my candidature during the National Team Coach elections.

First of all, I want to give you some information about me.
I am Polish. It is quite large distance between Barbados and Poland; however, the Internet provides us with the opportunity to overcome these kinds of barriers :). I have been to Barbados twice; thus, I decided to enhance my connection with Barbados by offering you my candidature.
I am the NBA fun. Because of it I called my team Phoenix Suns. Basketball is my passion. Thus, in reality I am also a professional basketball player.

I have gained a lot of experience and skills in BuzzerBeater for few seasons. I may give you very simple example. Despite of the fact that my players’ average salary was the lowest in my league, last season (14th) I won the play-offs final in 2 games. I also did well in a national cup (Polish BuzzerBeater is one of the largest and the most demanding in the world). Thus, I know how to lead team very efficiently – I have a few special techniques :).

Frankly, at present, it is impossible to make Barbados the most powerful country in BuzzerBeater. Nevertheless, as a Barbados national coach, I could create a whole system (training, selection of the players, cooperation between Barbados managers etc.) which could flourish in 2 seasons.

If you choose me, I will be able to show the great strength of Barbados players.

Hi, this is Tuddu from Italy.

I've already been a national team coach (check it here -> http://www.buzzerbeater.com/country/78/ntelection.aspx?el..., season 12), improving u21 iceland team ranking of about 20 positions.

I'd like to do the same for this national team and I think my experience is enough, as I play since season 4. My keywords are "one position training", "gameshape" and "draft". these are the ones I will focus on, in order to get significative improvements.

Work together with u21 national team coach is fundamental too.

Hey guys!
I play BB since season 4, and until today I've learned much about this game. I started in league III, now I reached the national league a (NLA), the highest league in my country! I think I'm a competent coach for a national team, too! I'd give my best for the nt of barbados, if you give me your voice... Thank you =)
