The minutes of both matches will count so he'll have 28+29+33 minutes for this week so far.

I don't see a bug here. That's the way it is with the game processing and player transfers: a player will count for the team he is with at the time of the start of the game processing (which is ~15 minutes before game time). All minutes a player plays in competitive games + scrimmages count.

I think we can close this.
