perenial allstar could cap, around 60k but it still lot of room for improvement and as you said the skillpops still come quite fast ;)

My P-Allstar Guard has 100 Skill-Points in addition and a salary at 70k. I'm very sure he has pretty much capped there.

Your Trainee has 82 Skill-Points if I'm right, so there is a lot of room for improvement yet.
