Hello Thailand!

I'm from Poland, 4th biggest community in buzzerbeater. I already have some experience, and doing quite a good job at my club. I'm 21 years old, and I seriously think about this 'job'. You have to know that yours U21 team is not so good and I won't achieve many wins next seasons. But what I have to offer is develop. I got good relations with Polish U21 coach and I get a lot of knowledge from him. The most important is to start training of youngsters for future. In Poland we began to train the best rookies under strong discipline and our country will definitely be top 3 in near future.

My plan:
-Get as many U-21 Thai players as possible to my Polish friends clubs and give them opportunity to train at the highest level.
-Cooperation with the maximum number of Thai managers so we could achieve success.
-Connect with Polish NT management to improve skills and knowledge of Thai managers.
-Scout as many players as possible, to build the team as fast as possible from actual U21 players.
-Make some forum topics with descriptions of our rivals, tactics, and questions about U21 National Team and others.

To summarize, I want to win as much as possible with actual players but my priority is to build a team for future, team that will make Thailand will be well known in buzzerbeater basketball world! If you got any questions for me, ask. I'm waiting for BB-mails and I will read your forum reagular. Just take note that our countries has 6 hours time difference so I can answer after some time.

Regards, ozi90.

I'm pleasure to be the represent of Thai league manager and Thai manager. My name is KunGorRuVaKrai or BoBo. I have experience more than 5 seasons in BuzzerBeater. I always follow U21 team and U21 coach(Dau), and I know the problems to solve.

The big problem is language. It's barrier of communication. That's my job to connect all managers and encourage them to train their kid the best.

The second problem is lack of potential squad. I will search the some missing potential kids for better competition and simultaneously stimulate manager for fast training. The another thing I will do is to save kids from collapsing team as much as possible for chance of them to become superstar.

Moreover, I have well supported by Coach N23(India U21Coach) and good relationship with Coach Dau(Thai U21Coach) and GM-Somdet(Thai Coach). They are expert advisers of me.

Finally, please votes anyone you like!

If I elected, I will do the best.
Thanks,
