I haven't noticed anything different with injuries.

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

My doctor is a level 6 doctor, exceptional - 2 injuries in 1 week. I can't speak about others, but I've seen a team with 3 injuries in 1 week.
