Hmmm, it shouldn't have done anything. Was your team attitude under 5? In that case, it should normalize (pretty slowly) on its own. In any case, we've just removed the effort box for scrimmages, so the problem should be fixed.

Team attitude was around 9 or so, and after the match it went up. The option is gone so appears to have fixed it.
