it isn't. i don't change nothing in BC in connection. I just go to BB to preference and change my access key (put old one and confirm). than I open BC and hit the connect button and it is working. I'm not entering user name or security key (access key). and I can't connect on BBStats if I don't change access key.

It happened to me as well. Not sure why, it probably erases itself for safety reasons.

I doubt because it never happened before and I'm playing from season 9. and my friend doesn't have that problem.

and today my access key doesn't work again. there must be some problem with erasing my access key. this becomes irritating because I have to confirm access key ones in a week.
no, this isn't bumping the thread. I just post that BB knows when the problem is occurred if that helps.

it happened again. 22.7.2011. I sent you a mail like you ask. I know that you are busy at off-season process, so this is just remind that there is minor problem to solve when free time occur.

Yeah, I haven't forgotten about you, but, as you have said, we're extra busy during offseason. We'll check the issue in a couple of days.
