I would disagree. This player is something really special and a player that can take you to all the way to the ABBL. I love a lot of his starting skills and his height is great for a PF. What I am suggesting is not easy or quick.

I would first develop his outside skills. Work on his OD to about prominent, try to get two pops in passing to average and JS also to prominent. That is 9 pops which at his height would be great. If you want to finish off his outside skills next season fine, but I would work on his inside skills pumping up his IS, ID and RE all to at least prominent.

At this stage you will already have an amazing forward that other division III or IV guys would only dream of.

Third season pump up the inside once again. By the end of that season you would have a multitalented PF who would already feel at home in division II.

If it wasn't for his JR you could make him into a dominant SF the rarest of all players in the game.

The advantage of my method is it will keep his ages much lower much longer. Many prople will say pump up the inside skills first but the problem is you end up with a player you are paying $60,000 a week in wages who is contributing nothing to your team as you train him out of position. You can do it that way, I wouldn't.

whats him being 19 got to do with any of it just because a guy is 19 doesnt mean he cant become a good player even a dominant player as he could be trained until he is 25 especially with that potential

19 and HoF has plenty of training in him to become a star PF, and I'd be training him until the end of his 26th year

I think that your plan making my player into a PF is a good one and ill train his inside skills this season and then focus on outside the following and see what he's like after that.

also not sure if i mentioned this or not but i managed to get a lvl 6 trainer if that will help with training plans also was wondering how long with a lvl 6 trainer and his height inside skills would take to train

What do you think i should do with my guys i got a lvl 5 trainer i was thinking sg for both of them and dont say passing as i was planning on doing it next season this season i was wondering what combination of either OD/JR/JS or JR/JS/1v1 or some other combination like OD/JR/PS

i dont recommend a lvl 6 trainer at this stage. When you are new get a lvl 4 or 5. Shouldn't take too long to get an inside skill up with his age

for me passing is a primary skill for guards. even though it is quite fast to train it is important to train it. you can train it next season if you want but i would do some now. If they were my guys i would do JR, 1 on 1 and a little bit of JS. The problem is your second guy will need some more OD later in the season while your first guy has good enough OD. Main focus should be JR and 1 on 1. JS will get some secondary pops. But i still reckon you should do passing

How much is the salary of the level 6 trainer?

ok never lvl 6 will be nice, but lvl 4 trainer would never get him to be a good player... he might never capped out but he will be pretty beastly if he doesnt get injured.

19 years old I really dont like because any injuries occur, you will lose more training time etc. 1 season is alot of training...
