Well I assumed that like another online manager games training is the main way to make a good profit, but I guess it's a different situation here.
Another question - are there any forums/threads about formulas ?
Thanks again for all your answers, helped me a lot!

I mean formulas or calculators that you can calculate predicted match ratings?

Well, that's the beauty of this game - you can't. Maybe we would have one if we knew the exact skills of all of the opponents players, but we don't.

A lot of stuff in this game is a bit "unknown" and left to speculate or test. We know the "basics", but we don't know the exact details. For example, how much does Inside Shot contribute to Layups? How much does Shot Blocking contribute to defense? Etc. It's all for us to discover and that's why I like this game.

I wouldn't just concentrate on JS. Training Defense is very important. You won't get that far in this game having a bunch of shooters that can't defend. Pressure training improves outside defense.

How accurate this tool is?
And by the way is there any relation between the league level (IV,III...) and the quality of the players drafted in this league?

Generally Coach Parrot is very accurate in predicting the team ratings on a game by game basis, and in enthusiasm calculation.

It's not super accurate when it comes to predicting training results, but it's not bad.

I think the salary calculator isn't fully updated for the recent changes to the salaries. Sounds like Joesef Ka is still working on figuring that out.

The tool is very accurate, but it doesn't count the sublevels of skills as the match engine does.

No, there is no relation.

Well I know theres a big debate around what skills is rquired for every position, so if this tool is very accurate shouldn't we just follow it?
