In my modest estimation, I think experience is a pretty great thing. I've got a 36 year old vet on my bench who comes in regularly for 5-12 minutes a game, if that - but when he comes in he is clutch. His salary is much lower than my starting 5, but his experience supercedes everyone on my team and his performance, though minimal in minutes, has proved great in clutch situations.

Just a note, that's all.

I definetly dont think itsone of the most important things, but i also have a very old player with 2k salary(all my starters are around 15-60k), and in 15-20 minutes, he pulls 7 rebounds 10 points and 5 assists. his EXP is 12. for some reason, his ratings are very low. probably defence.

I'm not really sure about experience, but I know enthusiasm and game shape helps take you go very far. In this game (38899471)I upset a team who had a center whose salary is 2.5x my whole team combined and had so much better players in every position.
