Your not a Guard trainer? lmao I remember our PL days, you had trained up some amazing Guards & ten had to sell them. You over that yet?
Good to see you again MVP.

In answer to the question, he's right, 14 for both to compete at the highest level. I make note of the color changes on the stats, Red to Orange, Orange to Yellow etc. So Prolific at the least for both.

Right is not a popularity contest!

Nice to see The Pack being active... ;) My pg/sg (primary trainee, who plays in Finnish U21-team) has 10+ in PA & HA. He has pretty decent ratings in every game. It's pretty nice to have players who can pass to open players. Then again, my trainee hasn't started any of those U21 games.

Well Im still training guards. I got about maybe 2 more seasons until Keenan is on the USA NT. I also have another guard prospect that will possible be better then Keenan. Nice seeing you also. It looks like you are taking care of your team well.

But back to the point, if you are wanting a true SG. Go for atleat Prolific at both Handling and Passing. Then 16+ for JS/OD/DR are quite important for guards. None the less I have learned balanced is better. Since he is HOF player you have alot of room to play with.

Thanks. What about ID? It seems to me that IS of 5 or 6 is good but no need to train ID at all.

hm.
If there is room because of realy high potential, I would considder getting ID up.
If you face a look inside team, which has guards with decent IS/DRIV skills, you'll take a lot of points from those guards if your guard is only ID 5 or 6...
Unless you defend zone... but to always defend zone, is to always know WICH zone to defend.

just my opinion...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

How important are handling and passing for a SG? I was thinking respectable handling and proficient passing. He's a HoF so the salary is not going to be a problem.

I´m pretty sure neither handling nor passing nor driving affects the salary of a SG.
