I'd rotate so do JR then JS then JR then 1v1 and repeat or just alternate between JR and JS as get his JR up while he is young

Age: 18
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: prominent ↑ Handling: strong
Driving: pitiful Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious

i have been training OD all season and i now decided that now would be a good time to change the training, but i cant decide what to change it to. Should i train 1v1 forwards, Outside shooting or JS until the end of the season?

would suggest JR or1vs1 forwards, would go for 10 at JR after which 1vs1 for forwards , no JS training, would just ruin the build

Jump Range and Jump shot are big salary items. I would train passing to at least level 12 before training JS or JR

depends on what you want to shape him in.

personally I'd go for a PG.
In that case I'd train passng first, 3 levels up. then 1-on-1 for forwards, until his driving is respectable.

After that, I'd re-evaluate, but likely I'd train JR up 2 levels. then alternately train OD/PASS/1-on-1 untill his driving is at 10.
After that 'd focus on OD/HND/PASS until all 3 are at least 15.
Then re-evaluate again. possibly it would be time to get his secundaries up a little to keep him a balanced player, but it's a long way to get there already...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
