Outside Def.: inept Handling: atrocious
Driving: atrocious Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: inept Free Throw: awful

Even I could tell his jump range and free throws weren't good with words like slabby and tragiczny!

Never would of guessed sprawny was proficient tho!

His FT sounds like "tragic", which is much cooler than "awful"!

I have sugestion. Please don't use words to describe skills on global forums. Especially please don't use English ;-)
In this way communication between managers from different countries will be better.
Number is good, word sucks ;-)

But it isn't necessary because instead of new code we can use numbers ;-)
I suppose even users, who use only Yiddish, Chinese, Arabic, etc understand numbers.
It's funny I have problem to remember even polish names of skills ;-) And still sometimes I make mistake between 16 and 17 ;-) Because words, which describe these skills in polish are synonims.
But if these skills are presented numerically it's almost impossible to make mistake ;-)
