Level 5 trainer is very hard to afford in div V, I would go for level 4 at best. And also, you should only train a few positions, guards preferrably as sengbear pointed out. So there is no point in buying young players for the other positons as you're not going to train them. You should look to fill the other positions with cheap vets from the transfer list

Thanks. I have already got a level 4 trainer. Do you suggest me training with one position every time or one-two position iteratively? How to make use of the elastic effect?

I would do one position training with Huffman as your main trainee. I wouldent know what you need to train because I haven't seen his attributes.

Ok, you need OD, it´s a very important skill! Then you need Passing, Handling and Driving (which all depend on each other). I would do some weeks on OD and later on some switching between different trainings.
Right now it seems, that you have 2 (very) good traninees (Huffmann/Hubbart) and 3 decent (Jaanson/Jellen/Lacasa). I would sell some other player and buy another trainee, so you can do PG/SG training on the skills above. You also could train only 3 trainees, but in my opinion its more fun to have 6 players trained then only 3.
Your choice ;-)

OK, the training result just came out. The SG's OD does not pop.. But I will continue working on that.

Thanks for the advice!
