on a slight tangent from this, how are salaries determined? it doesn't appear to be correlated to DMI since my guys are all over the board on that. doesn't appear age matters either. just wondering, thanks.

DMI varies greatly week to week because it takes practice this week into account heavily. I believe it is based directly off the skills of the players...exactly how I am not sure.
