They look at the users' IPs. If a user is from a country that doesn't exist in BB, he's allowed to subscribe in a near country. If a certain amount of IPs is from a country which is not yet in BB, the country is added. Or something like that.

I'm pulling for Bangladesh to make make the cut one of these days. So many people in that country!

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

I like to root for the underdog. We need to all donate computers and beam the world's largest router repeater in that country's direction so the millions and millions there can enjoy BB with the rest of us!

Don't ask what sort of Chunks they are, you probably don't want to know. Blowing Chunks since Season 4!

Well, there´s definately a difference between a country beeing OPEN and a country open in their native language. So basically countries were added in a basic english version at the beginning, didn´t they?
