im not saying there is a bug or there isn't, but it is almost impossible for the bug to occur at your team only, you would definitely not be prioritized yourself.
I must say though, i train a lot. This season, i trained rebounding 7 weeks, and pressure 6 weeks. Everything seems to be on target, and in some cases, training went better than expected. For example, an 18 yo, popped 3 consecutive weeks in RB, and my 21 yo, took about 3 weeks to get a pop in OD( he popped in RB every 2 weeks though). I am also positive that training occured every week
