go for motion coz ur stars are guards and are PGs with decent handling and passing so ur offensive flow will be good so u wont be giving away much TOs
so i would say that u should play motion but i would strongly advice you to buy some big men to make ur team well rounded and this will help you in this league coz u are new to the league and most probable are underdog so u need to cycle through tactics to make the most of ur opponent's weakness and to do that u should have some decent bigs who can attack well from inside and if wanted can win you by playing LI or low post..
