I propose not to pay TV contract team finished 5th place. Everyone can see that to take 5th place is more profitable than the 3 or 4 places.
Now a lot of teams want to take 5th place, but not 3 and 4. I think it's wrong.
Maybe other suggestions? I think it should be changed.
