Buy a doctor with massage speciality. It really helps to keep players in good shape even if they play over 90mins in game it nearly never drops for me:D My trainees tends to play 83-89 mins per week (They both are starters pg/sg and i train them 1 pozition) and their game shape stays between high respectable and high strong.

Both correct but even hitting the targets you can stay on respectable at the start of the season for quite some time and with even one bad week which we all get from time to time with injuries or foul outs it is easy to drop back there with a bad GS roll. On the other hand you can get lucky. I played my backup PG as reserve in two games and then in starter for the third and with an injury early he ended up doing nearly 100 minutes and only dropped from proficient to strong.
