Just have a couple things to point out.
1- Buy trainees that play at the same positions, 6'9 and up for Bigs and 6'5 and down for guards. (Dont buy one guard and one big)
2- Make sure they're at least under 20.
3- At least All-Star or Perenial-Allstar.
4- Have at least a level 4 trainer.

Not a good time to buy trainees. Better to wait for the drafts coming out when next season begins and train your existing players for the time being. By the way star potential is still a bit low for div 3, especially for bigs.

He's in D.4 not 3. In his country of England D.4 is the lowest so Star potential is plenty.

I didn't buy the 18 year old C, I started with him. And I'm in Division IV but thanks for the help guys :)
