Your think is good, but the problem is that training cost is not reduce,I buy 6th trainers with same price as before!
and the fact is due to the transaction cost is very low,I give up the games to make money more than you work hard for win the games。

yep, i agree with that, i only can afford lvl 4 trainer even if i am planing to train trainees for u-21. Reducing trainers wages would be aweshome.

Also the other fact is, the amount of good and perspective draftees, even if people are complaining of the lack of them, is so great, that it inflates trainers prices which you pay while hiring them. I wouldnt mind the draft prospect base to be nerfed alittle bit too.

Today training is still proffitable but in a very specific situation. For example i play my trainer 21k wage and 8k for a doctor to prevent traumas and keep them at good game shape. If trainees are starters its very ok. Lets say their average salary mediana this seazon was 22.5k for 2 players and their salary i pay this seazon somewhat 10k. so their salary increase compensated 12.5k out of 29k this seazon only. But they won games and my arena got more income also more merchandizing lets say to compare with my bench their salaries were 8.5k higher this seazon. Still lvl 4 trainer doesnt pay off, i am going MINUS 8-6k which is depending on the impact at merchandizing i cant really tell exzactly. But for the next seazon, since their salaries increase again twice as they were per seazon i am going to have proffit first time in 4 seazons i train them lol... ANd hopefully ill have proffit selling them after they cap out, as their transfer cash should cover trainer wage, and expenses hiring him. It should be somewhat 2-2.5m worth per 2 players, and proffit should be like 1-1.5m per 4 seazons:D like 130k~ish average per player per year roflzlolz.

I totally disagree with the statement that deflation is a sign of a strong economy. Both inflation and deflation are bad. A stable economy is the one which excludes the both. The problem of such low prices is that the one of the most important aspects of the game, training, becomes worthless. It's much easier to save money, even by so-called "tanking", than giving huge efforts on training. The only players which are still anyhow valuable are the overall-skilled ones, natural SFs in other words, but to build such a player is very difficult, and even in that case, not sure that the effort for building up such a player is worth his eventual price.

Maybe market is overflooded? In that case bbs probably best solution would be nerf drafts? Nerf training speed? Increases skills drop down rate for aging players? decrease the age from which skills start dopping to like age 28, or make the age random? Make career ending traumas or traumas which after recovery drops down a few skills?

They can fix it, but probably they are impotents ( at solving bb economy problems not in real life, no offense) Just saying this cause they say they are aware of a problem they trying to fix it but they cant:D just like impotency- you know whats wrong, you want to fix it but you cant:D

Now the situation is too much computer players in training, why let no training cost players to influence we have cost trained player price?
Before the market is in short supply, but demand exceeds supply at present, they are wrong.

In many ways, many of BB season has not changed, such as reducing the free running, winning awards and so on

i am sure they will say because it increases the overall amount of players in the game. Since its more fun to buy a competetive team in a first seazon of playing bb in lower leagues than to wait and save cash. This makes lower leagues more competetive. And since newbies doesnt quit so often as they used to it increases people count:D

Well but one more aspect, the users amount are steadily and slowly decreasing... so this doesnt work so well for them.

You are right, the new game player did not come in, but because of the confusion of economy lead to the old game player loss

Some good points, I really miss the training aspect too. It's getting increasingly hard to turn a profit on trainees even when bought at a reasonable price and trained optimally and it seems the economy has swung too far the other way from the days of sky high transfer prices.

If the money made from training and winning combined isn't as much as the money made from tanking, then tanking is what it's going to be for a lot of people. Which in turn ruins it more for the people trying to train and win.

Lowering wages and introducing wage caps will make it more affordable to win and increase transfer prices which might make training more rewarding.
