The only thing that I don't understand is the fact that, when the server is impacted, all the transferts are delayed of one hour (or more), but sometimes not.
Yesterday evening a 18yo french legend potential was on sale. Two great managers, known for their training abilities, wanted to buy him with very big paycheck. But they couldn't bid in the end so the player gone to another manager. Sometimes, one transfer can impact an entire community...
I know you already do an incredible lot of work and you can't be omnipresent, but it's frustrating in case like this.

As you are aware, we reschedule transfers when we can. Sometimes, these unforeseen things happen (unexpected downtime) and they catch us off guard.
I know you don't want to hear it, but not setting players for $1 could have prevented an unwanted sale.

I don't think you meant to address your message to me.

Of course I didn't, my bad ;)

I accept the risk to start at 1$, but I expect a running Web site.

The target is to sell the players at the right Market price, but this is not possible if Buzzerbeater is down.

I know you don't want to hear it, but it seems that the only way to show my dissatisfaction is not to renew my supporter subscription.

You're saying that as if we brought the site down on purpose. I assure you, downtime is the last thing we want but it still happens.

I know (hope) that you are not doing it on purpose.

But as for others services, if he doesn't work like I expect it should work, I stop to pay for this service.

But the problem is not the downtime, it's the way you manage the effects of the unexpected downtimes.

Downtime has never, in all the history of BB, ever caused a player to sell for less than the amount he was listed at.

Everyone knows that during the last minutes, the price of the player is likely to rise considerably.

That's why it makes sense to postponed the end of the sale of the involved players.
