I have found that it only works if I've installed the little program on the bb training home page and only if I'm running Google Chrome.

Did you try having a tab in chrome opened up to and logged into the bb-training.comuf.com site?

No I mean that you have to be logged in to the bb training page on a different tab. One tab for buzzerbeater other tab for bbtraining.
