I was training him alot for hopefully the U21 olympics but then i stopped to focus on other players since he wasn't making alot of improvement and my two rookie guards started to make more pop ups and they were really helping to balance out my team. Now I am trying to focus back on my pf since he has averaged about a triple double the last few games, has mvp potential, and he can help make my team dominate inside since my center is already maxed out and playing like a beast. What do you recommend I focus on since he hasn't made any improvements these last few training sessions

both his OD and ID are horrible...
If you have guards... fix his OD with them and have him be an SF since outside of Driving and Defense, he is well rounded.
If you have other bigmen whom need ID, fix that...

But this guy is a defensive liability.

Look at his ID hole... That's too low for PF. Train ID.
