i like man to man cause its a good compromise between good perimeter defence (3-2 or 1-3-1) and good rebound ratings and inside defence. there is no benefit of a good perimeter defence if they miss the shots and get the offensive board and the easy basket because the inside defence ratings are bad too with 3-2 or 1-3-1.

A very valid point, but not too many outside focus offences will be blessed with good inside scoring ratings, but still caution is necessary. However, 1-3-1 really does throw inside defence to the winds, so I'd run with 3-2 or man-to-man, depending on how good your outside defence is compared to your opponent's outside offence.

I favorite is 3-2, but why fcp shouldn't be useful?

Must turnovers you force with this strategy are at the beginning of the opponent attack, and i don't see much different betwenn the turnover/attacks rating betwennn slow and fast tactics.

Oops, I was thinking about push the ball, which would break the press and make easy baskets if the pg was good enough.
